Hi There, 

I have just installed this theme. I began to build a page (I installed one of the pre-built websites, which might be where this issue is coming from), and then and installed/activated the plug-ins, including Visual Composer. 

Before installation, the plugin read "Visual Composer", but after, it read as "WPBakery Page Builder." The UX/ building options with the WPBakery Page Builder are different than the Visual Composer I am used to. Is this intentional in the theme? Is the WP Bakery Page Builder what I have access to, or did I do something wrong in installation?

When I click in one voice,
at least one item is always open, so that clicking on it also closes the open voice.

Hallo, I added a full width image on my website https://abenteuer-fehlerkultur.de/test-1/.

I added the picture in the container. On the desktop it's ok but on mobiles there is a lot of space above and below.

I'd like to get the same appearance as on this website with the upper image (http://prozesspunktnull.de/); both on desktop and mobiles.

Which settings in Betheme are necessary to get the same results please?

I try to get a boxed layout with a blank page template. When I choose blank page template, then no boxed layout is visible. How can I enable the boxed layout? I have the boxed layout activated on the betheme options.

Hello,

After moving from localhost to online server WPBakery Page Bulider doesn't work.
When i'm go to edit site, there is nothing there, blank. No Builder, can't edit page:

hello im creating a page with 4 buttons, however, the buttons always give an extra unwanted parding/space between them thereby further increasing the page length and im even creating a sinlge page with no futher need for the user to scroll as all the info is on button.

Hi

The visual composer plugin stopped working for me as I noticed it messed up the frontend part of my website http://ldapa.lt/mes-siekiame/ it shows shortcodes instead of content.

On wp-admin side the plugin is shown as inactive but there is no button to Activate it. https://prnt.sc/iu7jtk when I try to update it, it cant be done and it just writes that the process is unsuccessful please try again.

What should i do?

I am missing something.  It was disappointing to buy a theme with Visual Composer only to find Demo Sites are built in Muffin Builder.

Hi,

I'd like to know if there is a way to change the color of a counter's title?
Do I have to use a class? I tried to change it but it won't work. Font-weight works fine though, that's why I'm confused..

HI, how can I get rid of the space between to elements? 

I need to have two trailer box or images that have no space between them or on the external side. is it possible to do it?

Dear support team,
I just purchased your product and there are issues with it.I am working with "BeTheme" from Themeforest and the main reason for using your tool is to edit pre-built (existing) content.
Unfortunately, it looks like it is not possible to edit pre-built content with WPBakery FRONT-end editor.
The only actions I can do would be to add new items, which I don't need.
Could you please let me know if there is a way to edit pre-built content in FRONT-END Editor?
If there is none, please let me know how to return the product.

Already checked Frontend Editor option in Role Manager (activated), but still not available. 
Is Frontend Editor enabled in your theme configuration?

I'm trying to install visualcomposer in local development environment but I get the following error:

I have installed the pizza 3 demo theme but there are no shortcodes or easy ways to create food menus otehr than html code? are there any plugins you would recommend?

The default margin in Visual Composer/WP Bakery Page Builder is 35px. Where do we find to change this value?
The WP Bakery support says I'll shall change it under WPBakery Page Builder ->
Design options -> Element Bottom margin.

Hey,

I'm having some strange things happen with Lightbox.

I added a Media Gallery to my page and they should be opening in a lightbox format. When I purge my caches, open an incognito window & click on the first image it opens correctly in Lightbox. However after the first image if you try again it immediately opens into a new separate page by itself.

This is the page I am working on. You can see the Media Gallery about halfway down the page, with three columns and two rows.

how are some of the prebuilt websites such as this one (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/typo/) a different width than the others, and how can i convert a wider prebuilt into this or any other width?

Hello there,

I have two Be Theme licences. The first one updated Visual Composer plugin automatically, no problem.

The issue is with the second installation.

1. Unable to update automatically.
   
2. Unable to find js_composer.zip to install the plugin manually (I download BeTheme folder from Themeforest).
   
3. I tried to Deregister Theme and register it again, nothing changed.
   

I searched all the forum for possible solutions but found nothing.

Also, I updated successfully Slider Revolution.

Layer Slider cannot be updated, it says that I have the latest version (incorrect).

Can you suggest something ?

Hello,

I have several websites with the BeTheme installed and on all (so independently on server speed or anything else), the WP Bakery works really slow. I can't start typing text for example immediately, I have to wait several seconds. I can't move blocks around, first I have to wait and then it gets moved.

It´s really anoying and only started approx. three weeks ago. Before than I didn´t have any issues and it all worked like a charm.

What has changed and why is it so slow? Of moreover, what can be done about it?
